About Me

I’m a researcher and designer with over seven years of experience in human-centered design. I’ve led projects to improve digital identity systems, helped launch an enterprise-wide Voice of the Customer platform, and brought service design thinking to appointment-based Social Security services. Whether I’m building something from scratch or refining a complex system, I focus on making things clearer, more accessible, and more useful. I believe inclusive design isn’t optional—it’s essential. I work to ensure every solution supports a full range of users, without leaving anyone behind. My background in human factors helps me turn real user needs into smart, practical design decisions. Now, I’m excited to bring that experience into industry and work on products that blend usability, creativity, and impact.
